Bryggeriet Apollo is the result of a transformation. The classic restaurant A Hereford Beefstouw by Tivoli has been given new life and a new name, while preserving its soul and warm hospitality. Today, we welcome guests to a bright, modern glass pavilion facing Vesterbrogade, as well as a cozy terrace overlooking the enchanting Tivoli Gardens – with the iconic Pantomime Theatre as our closest neighbor.

We are proud to be Denmark’s first microbrewery, and we continue to brew with passion and dedication – right here in our hand-hammered copper kettles, which are an integral part of the restaurant’s unique atmosphere. You’ll always find at least four freshly brewed beers on tap, alongside a well-curated wine list to suit all tastes.
